This machine is used to put UL certification stickers on flexible pipes passing through the production line. The machine prints stickers on pipes every 3 meters.
Inside the black box is a sensor we made for this project. It consists of a laser diode and LDR. When a sticker passes over the LDR the light received from the laser decreases. From this we can understand that a sticker has passed by.
